The firm are a Tier 1 firm known for their thriving Clinical Negligence team. Due to their ongoing and amplified success the current team are thriving and are looking for another Solicitor to join and hit the ground running, seamlessly becoming a valued addition to the team. They are currently recruiting for a talented Solicitor to join their medical negligence team based in the Leeds office.

 The successful candidate will join the Partner's team, which predominantly specialises in medical law, focusing on claims involving children with brain injuries at birth and adults with spinal cord injuries. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while also assisting senior team members with more complex, high-value cases. You'll handle cases from start to finish, using your commercial and analytical skills to identify key issues and propose practical solutions for our clients.  The team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for their clients and works on some truly complex cases. About You

They're looking for a Solicitor who has a passion for medical negligence work and a proven experience working on high value, multi track cases. Their ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3-4 PQE+ experience in Medical Negligence
  • The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice;
  • Demonstratable technical experience gained within medical negligence;
  • Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high value complex cases;
  • The ability to manage own caseloads whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and seamless service;
  • The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients;
