Role Details:
You’ll be working with a multi-track caseload. The firm keeps caseloads manageable, typically under 40 cases with support from paralegals and secretaries. Around a third of cases will be litigated, ensuring variety and complexity in the work.
The team attracts a mix of high-value, complex claims and smaller, straightforward cases. Its work comes predominantly from recommendations and it is selective about the cases it accepts.
Requirements:
You will have experience predominantly or exclusively in handling a claimant clinical negligence caseload.
