A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join my clients team on a hybrid basis in their Leeds offices.

This is an exciting time to join my client, they are currently going through a stage of growth and are already impressively recognised throughout the UK, this opportunity will allow you to expand your legal experience and take your skill set to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Negligence knowledge and experience in Litigation.• Complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation, CPR and relevant case law.• Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance-driven environment.• Ability to work to tight deadlines, effective organisation and time management skills.• Ability to deliver excellent legal advice while maintaining client care standards.• Working knowledge of compliance issues, relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules.• Litigate claims at the appropriate time.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.• Additional critical elements of this role include the ability to prioritise effectively as well as to identify and go after business improvement opportunities.• Build and maintain excellent, working relationships with immediate colleagues across the business to explore new ideas and developments alongside sharing best practice.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• 2+ Years experience in managing Clinical Negligence cases.• Knowledge of Regulatory requirements governing the industry.• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.• Possess strong negotiation skills getting the best possible outcome for all clients.
