The Role:As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be the primary point of contact for client and provider queries, ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You'll provide office-based support to your assigned Account Executive, managing a client portfolio through New Business, MTA (Mid-Term Adjustments), and Renewal processes.

The Required Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Commercial insurance.
  • Skills: Strong IT, communication, rapport building, and negotiation skills are a must, along with a professional phone manner
  • Attributes: A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively
  • Qualifications: Cert CII is preferable but not essential (full support for study provided)
