We are now looking toemploya Compliance & Invoicing Administrator, towork in our Leeds office.

The successful person will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately.


Job Description


The role will include, but not be limited to the following:


- Check engineers returned jobs to ensure all information is correct and completed

- Liaise with engineers if information is missing or not received back

- Submit quote requests to relevant departments

- Add costings to reactive jobs

- Investigate invoice queries

- Request credit notes after confirmation of requirement and authorisation

- Upload invoices on to customer portals where required

- React where necessary to any requests from customers/other EDSB colleagues

- Support across any other team members if required

- Provide general admin support

-Full clean UK driving licence is preferred but not essential


The position is full time and is office based. Successful candidates will be asked to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and DBS check.


Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a 45 minute lunch break. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
