About the Role
As aĀ ConciergeĀ Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing seamless support and ensuring a superior experience with every interaction. You will manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing under pressure while delivering outstanding service. Experience in a trades environment or familiarity with BigChange CRM is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to;-
- Handle member inquiries with a professional and solution-focused approach.
- Coordinate efficiently with trades professionals to organise, schedule, and manage jobs.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication to all parties involved in each project.
- Prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests in a high-paced environment.
What Weāre Looking For
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a trades or home services environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (BigChange knowledge is a bonus).
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
