About the Role

As aĀ ConciergeĀ Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing seamless support and ensuring a superior experience with every interaction. You will manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing under pressure while delivering outstanding service. Experience in a trades environment or familiarity with BigChange CRM is advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to;-

  • Handle member inquiries with a professional and solution-focused approach.
  • Coordinate efficiently with trades professionals to organise, schedule, and manage jobs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to all parties involved in each project.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests in a high-paced environment.

What Weā€™re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a trades or home services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (BigChange knowledge is a bonus).
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
