Job Title: Contract Architectural Technologist
Hourly Rate: 28 - 32 Per hour
Location: Leeds
Calibre Search are delighted to be working alongside a growing design and build contractor based in the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join on a contract basis.
Our client are specialists in delivering office to residential conversion, and new build residential projects. You will be part of the Design Team, working alongside talented Architects and Technologists as well as the wider multi-disciplinary team which boasts professionals from a wide range of backgrounds in construction.
Revit experience required in addition to good knowledge of the UK residential market.
This role would be on a rolling contract basis. A hybrid working setup is in place, so ideally we would be looking for someone within a commutable distance to East Leeds where the office is based. Rate negotiable depending on experience.
