Sonic Summary

info
  • This position is with one of the largest direct conveyancers in the UK, known for its long-standing stability and guaranteed stream of work.
  • The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a sale and purchase caseload, with a focus on leasehold title checking.
  • The firm offers a competitive salary with an outstanding bonus structure and emphasizes job security and manageable caseloads.
  • You will be managing repossession sales cases and liaising with lender clients, without direct client contact or involvement with brokers or estate agents.
  • This opportunity is based in Leeds and promotes a supportive environment with a focus on staff wellbeing and career progression.

This is a rare opportunity with one of the largest direct conveyancers in the UK which has been providing its services for an incredibly long time, and is backed by a leading provider, guaranteeing that it is here to stay. Through covid and periods of recession, this firm has never been forced to make redundancies, due to the constant and guaranteed stream of work it receives on a monthly basis.

If you are an experienced Conveyancer who is looking to join a firm that can guarantee job security, market leading salaries, guaranteed bonuses, huge and transparent progression opportunities and a down to earth environment, I urge you to apply.

Are you also keen to step away from client contact and move into a position which steps away from dealing directly with customers? Instead, you will be representing lender clients in the sale of properties which they have acquired following repossession proceedings.

  • No clients
  • No brokers
  • No estate agents

You

  • Previous experience in Leasehold is required and ideally leasehold title checking
  • A minimum of 2 years experience running a sale and purchase caseload

The Role

  • Actively manage a caseload of repossession sales cases, from instruction to completion
  • Title checks the cases on instruction and produces a title report for the Asset Managers and the lender client
  • Ensure all title issues are identified and actions put in place to resolve them
  • Liaise with buyers’ solicitors to resolve any enquiries and bring the transaction to the swiftest possible conclusion
  • Provide accurate updates to the client lender and Asset Managers

Despite the amount of work this firm receives, ensuring conveyancers have a manageable caseload is a key priority. You are guaranteed not be placed under pressure with unmanageable caseloads, which stay at a capped level. On offer is an outstanding and achievable bonus structure which provides a generous uplift to your basic salary.

Low staff attrition is paramount at this firm, with so many members of the team having been there for 10, 20 years+ – this is achieved through training, support, progression and prioritising the wellbeing of staff.

This firm has been and continues to be at the forefront of the conveyancing market and, due to continue organic growth, is looking to hire into its Leeds-based team on a hybrid basis.
