Are you also keen to step away from client contact and move into a position which steps away from dealing directly with customers? Instead, you will be representing lender clients in the sale of properties which they have acquired following repossession proceedings.

You
- Previous experience in Leasehold is required and ideally leasehold title checking
- A minimum of 2 years experience running a sale and purchase caseload
The Role
- Actively manage a caseload of repossession sales cases, from instruction to completion
- Title checks the cases on instruction and produces a title report for the Asset Managers and the lender client
- Ensure all title issues are identified and actions put in place to resolve them
- Liaise with buyers’ solicitors to resolve any enquiries and bring the transaction to the swiftest possible conclusion
- Provide accurate updates to the client lender and Asset Managers
Despite the amount of work this firm receives, ensuring conveyancers have a manageable caseload is a key priority. You are guaranteed not be placed under pressure with unmanageable caseloads, which stay at a capped level.
