About the Role:
- This is a senior position for an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing sale and purchase caseloads
- You will manage a complex caseload, including freehold, leasehold and new build transactions, while also having the opportunity to mentor more junior team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions
- Conduct title checking and handle enquiries/property reports on purchases
- Deal with enquiries on sales
- Take ownership of more complex matters, including new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members as needed
Desired Experience:
- Experience dealing with leasehold transactions is essential
- Experience with new build and complex transactions is a must
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a sale and purchase caseload
