About the Role:

  • This is a senior position for an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing sale and purchase caseloads
  • You will manage a complex caseload, including freehold, leasehold and new build transactions, while also having the opportunity to mentor more junior team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions
  • Conduct title checking and handle enquiries/property reports on purchases
  • Deal with enquiries on sales
  • Take ownership of more complex matters, including new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior team members as needed

Desired Experience:

  • Experience dealing with leasehold transactions is essential
  • Experience with new build and complex transactions is a must
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a sale and purchase caseload
