Position: ConveyancerLocation: Fully Remote or Hybrid Options Available (Dependent on Your Preference= offices across the UK for those wanting to be near an officeSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annumQuarterly Bonuses: £8,000 - £15,000 annuallyWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and driven individuals at all levels, from newly qualified to experienced professionals, to manage residential property transactions. Whether you are handling cases for first-time buyers, investors, or complex property deals, you will be part of a vibrant team focused on providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand each stage of the process.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Keep accurate records and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the transaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in conveyancing or property law (whether as a Conveyancer, Case Handler, Property Lawyer, or Solicitor).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage a busy caseload.
• A proactive approach and a passion for helping clients through the conveyancing process.
• A positive attitude and willingness to embrace ongoing learning and career development.
