Our client, a reputable and long-established licensed conveyancers based in Leeds city centre, is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Lender Only Purchase Team dealing with equity release and separate representation matters. Duties will include:

  • Monitoring team performance
  • Updating the team with changes in procedures and facilitating regular team meetings
  • Conducting monthly one to one review meetings for all Team Members
  • Assisting in the resolution of discipline, grievance and performance issues
  • Responding to client queries or complaints at the initial stages
  • Maintaining a complete and accurate file and submitting reports
