A fast-growing and highly popular fashion retail brand is looking for a customer retention specialist to drive customer loyalty and engagement. With a strong market presence, the company has recently launched a state-of-the-art consumer app and a loyalty points programme to enhance customer experience and reward long-term engagement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the brand's retention strategy and ensure customers stay engaged, satisfied, and loyal. Working closely with the customer service manager, you will plan, create, and deliver targeted, data-driven communications across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute personalised retention campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Manage and optimise the global retention calendar for timely and relevant customer communications
- Lead lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, retention, and win-back strategies
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content in collaboration with the brand team
- Build and maintain automation workflows using segmentation and triggers
- Use insights from the app and loyalty programme to enhance customer engagement
- Analyse campaign performance, monitoring key metrics such as deliverability, engagement, and conversion
- Identify trends and opportunities to refine strategies and improve retention
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years' experience in a customer retention role, ideally in e-commerce for fashion, beauty, health, or wellness
- Proven ability to create and manage multi-channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Strong knowledge of customer retention platforms, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimise campaign performance
- Understanding of app-based customer engagement and loyalty programmes is highly desirable
- Experience working with subscription-based businesses is a plus
