We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join a unique Forest School nursery in Horsforth (LS18). This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working in nature-rich environments, inspiring young children to explore, learn, and grow.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Room Leader in overseeing daily activities and staff.
- Plan and deliver exciting, nature-based learning experiences for children.
- Ensure high-quality care and a safe, nurturing environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Help manage staff ratios, room organization, and resources.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- At least 2 years of Early Years experience.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Passion for outdoor learning and child development.
- A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
