Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Commercial Dishwasher Area Manager, you will be:-

  • Covering the midlands area up to the north of England and Yorkshire
  • Looking after around 30 engineers and their area supervisors
  • Working with clients, such as supermarkets, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and company head offices as well as some retail clients
  • Being out on the road for 2-3 days per week visiting engineers and clients on your patch
  • Helping out on the tools when needed to rectify a problem your engineer cant
  • Helping with recruitment, staff reviews, customer issues and liaising with the office based team

Skills needed to be an area manage r

  • Living around the north west or West Yorkshire areas - Liverpool, Manchester, Lancashire, Bradford, Leeds area ideally but anyone in the top half of the country would be considered
  • You need to have experience working in the commercial dishwasher industry as an engineer and have hands on experience
  • Having managerial experience would be beneficial but they would also look at a senior engineer who wants to make the jump to management
  • You need to be fully computer literate and have great people skills
