Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + BenefitsWe are working closely with a well-respected and professional Asbestos Consultancy who are now looking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their Yorkshire team. You will be visiting Commercial, Industrial, and Public Sector sites to carry out the full range of surveying and analytical services including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys and conducting 4 stage clearances in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Candidates will have good access to the M62 / Yorkshire and the surrounding areas: Wakefield, Bradford, Keighley, Halifax, Huddersfield, Rotherham, Worksop, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Rochdale, Blackburn, Preston, Burnley, Bolton, Stockport, Warrington, Macclesfield, Buxton, Crewe, Chester, Liverpool, St Helens, Birkenhead, Wallasey. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P401, P402, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role. " Will have a proven track record working as a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " IT literate, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Well versed in HSG 264 / 248 guidelines. " Able to organise and prioritise workload in line with client and company needs. The Role:" Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Undertaking 4 stage clearances, leak, smoke, re-assurance, background and personal air testing,. " Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation. " Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports. " Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Carrying out audits of contractors on site in line with company and client needs. " Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
