We have an exciting opportunity within an established provider of Asbestos Management services who, due to continued growth are now looking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate will be hard working and enthusiastic with extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties across Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience carrying out surveying and analytical duties within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Excellent IT skills, familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Good communication, able to liaise with clients and colleagues efficiently.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Undertaking background, leak, personal, and reassurance air testing.
" Producing detailed, bespoke reports based on site findings.
" Providing clients with excellent consultancy advice and support.
" Continuing to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
" Covering Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
