About the Role:
Our client is on the lookout for a fun and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their vibrant Montessori setting in Roundhay! If you're passionate about fostering independence and a love for learning in children, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, Montessori-style care for children aged 0-5
- Support children's emotional and social development through interactive play
- Work with a fantastic team to create a nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with kids, parents, and your teammates
- Plan and implement exciting Montessori activities
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a Montessori or similar setting (advantageous)
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
