Job Title: Early Years Educator (Level 3)Location: Rothwell, LeedsPosition: Full-Time

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator looking to make a real impact in a supportive and growing setting? We are seeking a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our clients dedicated team in Rothwell, Leeds, to help deliver high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development across the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
  • Observation and assessment of children's progress, ensuring the next steps in learning are carefully planned and documented.
  • Creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore and develop.
  • Supporting the team with ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
  • Encouraging positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Early Years, ideally with children aged 0-5 years.
  • A confident and proactive approach, with the ability to bring creative ideas to the team.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and a deep understanding of child development.
  • A desire to grow within the setting, with potential to move into a Room Leader position for the right candidate.
