Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for a rewarding role in a high-quality nursery setting? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to join our friendly team in Guiseley.

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they meet their EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) milestones in a safe and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Observing, assessing, and tracking children's development using learning journals and assessments.

  • Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development (PSED), communication and language (CL), and physical development (PD).

  • Working in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide the best possible care and support.

  • Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards at all times.

  • Contributing to an enriching environment that promotes British Values, cultural capital, and school readiness.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).

  • A sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

  • A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.

  • An understanding of safeguarding policies, SEN (Special Educational Needs), and the role of the key person.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
