About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be a key part of our caring and experienced team, providing the highest quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will:
- Build strong key person relationships with babies and their families, supporting secure attachments and emotional well-being.- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities that support Prime Areas of Learning, Schemas, and ealy language development.- Observe, assess, and track children's progress using Development Matters and contribute to their next steps.- Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and meets all health & safety and safeguarding requirements.- Work closely with colleagues to create a warm, inclusive, and child-centred setting.-Support weaning, sleep routines, and personal care, ensuring each baby's individual needs are met with sensitivity and care.- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates through Tapestry / online learning journals.

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare (or equivalent).? A genuine passion for infant development and providing high-quality early years education.? Understanding of the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, CoEL, and attachment theory.? A warm, patient, and child-focused approach to care and learning.? Strong teamwork, communication, and partnership with parents.? Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
