Role Overview:
- Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delays.
- Work closely with the class teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning activities.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an SEN setting.
- Additional training in SEN is highly desirable.
