The Role: Sales Manager

 Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to help grow their business in the branch's geographical area. As a key part of their team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify and develop new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and increase sales within the branch’s geographical area.
  • Identify, develop, and grow new and existing business accounts.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit branch team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
  • Independently plan and organise sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and via telephone.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hardworking, ambitious, and self-motivated with a determination to succeed.
  • Proven ability to sell products and services effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
