Role:
- Provide direct support to end-users ranging from Tier 1-3 type issues, with command of general workstation support functions related to Outlook and email as service.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to propose and implement creative solutions to eliminate malicious (e.g. phishing) and unwanted email (e.g. spam, "graymail")
- Able to configure and manage email security tools and solutions, such as firewalls, anti-spam, anti-virus, malware protection, and email gateways.
- Collaborate with business and IT staff to understand strategic and tactical business, application, or service requirements, then translate those into securely designed solutions
Skills:
- Cross-functional understanding of email operations, security practices and user experience
- Understanding of DKIM, DMARC, SPF and email filtering services
- Experience in email architecture, email security, email protocols, encryption, authentication, filtering technics.
- Knowledge/expertise in Proofpoint architecture and administration
- Knowledge and experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with Microsoft Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, Client connectivity (On-prem and cloud), related Exchange components, technologies, and service related to M365 suite of products.
