Job Title: Employability Tutor
Location: Leeds (with travel across Yorkshire, travel expenses paid)
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description: As an Employability Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and support to learners, primarily focusing on Level 2 Warehouse and Storage, Employability Skills, and various Vocational Qualifications. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive sessions, and providing one-on-one support to help learners achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions on Level 2 Warehouse and Storage, Employability Skills, and Vocational Qualifications.
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Providing one-on-one support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their qualifications.
- Assessing learners’ progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of learners’ progress and achievements.
- Traveling across Yorkshire to deliver training sessions (travel expenses paid).
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE).
- Experience in delivering training on Level 2 Warehouse and Storage, Employability Skills, and Vocational Qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Willingness to travel across Yorkshire (travel expenses paid).
