Job Title: Estimator
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + Package

Are you an experienced estimator in the construction space?
Would you enjoy a role with a specialist modular sub contractor delivering across education, healthcare and wider commercial sectors?

We are working with an established specialist modular contractor who are on the lookout for an experienced construction estimator to join their commercial team. With their HQ based in South West Leeds, you will be reporting directly into their commercial director with the option of hybrid working available with this role.

They are experienced in delivery across the education, healthcare and wider commercial sectors providing full turnkey modular solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Produce detailed quotations from construction drawings
Ensure tenders are submitted on time to a high standard
Liaise with all other departments within the business
Attend pre start meetings with architects & clients

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

Have a background in estimating in the traditional or modular construction spaces
Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft packages essential
Experienced in estimates from initial enquiry to finished quotation
Strong communication skills
