Fawkes & Reece are proud to be partnered with a market leading regional main contractor seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team in Leeds.

The role of an Estimator


As Estimator you would play a key part of the thriving pre-construction team, responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to 8m. Providing a unique in-house approach delivering value and expertise in maximising offices into residential spaces with consistently high quality project delivery.

My clients challenge the traditional way of working which means their clients benefit from a smoother planning, design and construction process. With all the technical services sitting under one roof, working together as one collective team.

Responsibilities of an Estimator


* Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
* Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
* Source new products and suppliers as needed.
* Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.

Requirements for an Estimator

* Minimum 5 years main contractor experience.
* Experience working on Residential refurbishment project with values up to 5m+. * Valid UK driving license.
* Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
