TRC are partnered with a company looking to hire an Experienced Fibre Build Coordinator to join their existing team in Leeds.

Salary:£25,000

Job Type: Temp-permShift Pattern: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00,1 hour lunch break

Your Role

As a Fibre Build Coordinator, you will manage your own area of Fibre build works, this will consist of planning and managing the works & issuing this to the engineers, whilst working towards targets & ensuring delivery.

These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Planning and scheduling of telecoms works
  • Updating trackers and other IT systems on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of the street works process
  • Weekly meetings with clients to understand job priorities
  • Collecting information from site and reporting on timesheets and invoices
  • Work with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program
  • Working with both office and field staff
  • Understand the requirements of a works instruction / job pack
  • Keeping track of the workstack and helping prioritize works
  • Creation and updates to SLD's
  • Other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar is required, and you must show a keen aptitude to learn
  • Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office packages
