This is a key role within the business and requires a strong sales leader that can build out the team and help shape the UK sales strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan that successfully achieves the business objectives
- Work across both Parts and Site Services divisions to ensure sales strategies are aligned and the teams are working cohesively
- Inspire and motivate a growing sales team to want to out-perform their targets
- Create a culture of success!
Skills & Experience:
- Technically astute and experience of selling a technical solution - Essential
- Background in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical handling / MRO - Essential
- Strong experience of building and leading a high-performing technical sales team
- Experience of growing sales by way of developing the team, increasing current product revenue and introduction of new products to the portfolio
- Excellent understanding of Sales tools to measure, drive and manage performance
- Ability to create an environment that brings the team together and deliver as a unit
