Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in West Yorkshire as an Housing Disrepair Solicitors. The client is looking for someone to start on a remote or hybrid basis, full-time and part time basis for an ongoing period. The assignment will last at least three to six months, with the view that it will be longer term.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling files that come in on the designated system
  • Negotiating settlements with landlords and insurance companies
  • Conduct thorough investigations of property conditions and documents
  • Advise clients on their legal rights

Recent Housing Disrepair experience is essential, as they need candidates that can hit the ground running. Candidates must have worked in a Local Authority.
