We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide support across a range of HR activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

  • Temporary - Minimum of 2 months work- start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and other related documentation.
  • Manage and update employee benefits and payroll information.
  • Assist with HR projects as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling HR-related queries and filing.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
