We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in organising training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
