Job Title: Systems Implementation Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Leeds)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Role Overview:

This role involves leading all aspects of data analysis and calculation activities related to new business and internal transfers, supporting the successful delivery of the implementation portfolio across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead data and technical workstreams in onboarding projects for new business.
  • Conduct data audits and perform mapping analyses to ensure accurate, timely, and secure transfers of member data.
  • Create benefit specifications for new business, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient administration upon launch.
  • Work with system and process experts to ensure efficient process workflows and automate calculations for new business launches.
  • Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvements in the onboarding process to enhance administration functionality and member outcomes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the benefit structure and administrative processes of transferring schemes, analysing all relevant information received during the transfer.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor delivery plans to ensure successful business implementation or transfers, supporting the Implementation Manager as needed.
  • Apply risk management principles to all functional activities.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience in occupational pension schemes, including administration and interpretation of scheme rules.
  • Understanding of the application of complex pension calculations within administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.
  • Experience in implementing pension arrangements, including bulk transfers of DB and DC schemes.
  • Proven ability to assist in project management and change processes.
  • Effective communication of technical information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of pension systems and administration methodologies.
