Job Title: Sales Executive

Remuneration: Competitive salary with commission structure

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for our client, a leading organisation, by utilising a combination of inbound and outbound telesales techniques.
  • Convert initial interest into sales by effectively managing the sales process and meeting targets.
  • Stay up to date with the range of products and services offered by our client, ensuring the ability to provide accurate information to potential new customers.
  • Provide a positive sales experience to all potential new customers, and building strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and comply with reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telephone sales, successfully selling products and services to individuals and SMEs.
  • Ability to engage in cold calling and follow up on warm leads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as experience using CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and engaging telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A focus on exceeding sales targets through effective questioning and listening skills.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to continually strive for excellence.
