Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team, based in Leeds and surrounding areas. You will be working on a full-time Permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,985.75 plus the opportunity to earn on target earnings, company van & fuel card plus excellent benefits!

Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Operative role are:Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesReglaze timber fencing and gatesMulti trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other construction trades including Plastering
What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Operative:
Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner/Plasterer and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plastering trade discipline. Experience of working within a social housing environment (desirable). A current driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
