Overview: Brand new opportunity for a Nutritionist/Customer Loyalty & Retention Manager with a strong background in nutrition or dietetics to join a dynamic and innovative company in the wellness industry. As the Nutritionist/Customer Loyalty & Retention Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s customer loyalty strategy while delivering valuable insights on gut health through content creation and community engagement.

Role:

The Nutritionist/Customer Loyalty & Retention Manager will be responsible for creating compelling, research-based content on gut health, managing customer loyalty programs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves managing social media responses, creating newsletters, and crafting content that reflects the latest developments in gut health.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage newsletters, providing valuable insights on gut health and related topics.
  • Manage customer service inquiries through platforms such as Gorgias, ensuring a seamless customer experience with a 24-hour SLA for response times.
  • Create engaging content, including recipes and wellness tips, based on the latest research in nutrition and gut health.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to publish content through Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Monitor and analyze newsletter performance, focusing on metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
  • Provide community management, engaging with customers via social media, and ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition and gut health, turning that research into actionable content for the brand’s audience.
  • Position the brand as a thought leader in the space.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is essential.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to translate scientific research into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
  • Experience with customer service tools like Gorgias and platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Passion for gut health and an understanding of what’s relevant and what’s faddy in the wellness industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
