Role Overview

This position supports our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Senior Paraplanners by preparing high-quality, client-focused suitability reports. It involves managing and updating the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Suitability Report Preparation

Compliance and Record Maintenance

Client Service and Support

  • Assist in managing client inquiries, working closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.

Team Collaboration and Process Adherence:

  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and updated on procedures, company products, and industry developments.
  • Exercise initiative in managing your own tasks and consult with the IFAs and Senior Paraplanners on workload priorities.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach in all interactions.
  • Attend training courses and events as required to further develop skills.
  • Contribute to the teams success by taking on additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in financial services, particularly with a focus on FCA compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with updating client files electronically.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess information critically, draw comparisons, and identify essential details within complex reports.
  • Report Writing: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive suitability reports.
