  • Ensure all documents are completed correctly and precisely.
  • Maintain performance levels as outlined in key objectives.
  • Guide and support the Paraplanning Team to help them improve.
  • Ensure effective communication and cooperation between departments.
  • Follow all rules and regulations closely.
Essential:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and market dynamics.
