We are looking for a Part Time Senior Receptionist to take ownership of front-of-house operations, ensuring a world-class experience for clients, visitors, and tenants. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and setting the standard for outstanding customer service. The role is initially offered on a 12-month contract but due to the size and growth within the business there is the potential for this to be extended or for the role to become permanent business permitting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring a first-class welcome for all clients and tenants, both in person and virtually
- Acting as the key point of contact for all client service-related queries, providing expert
- assistance and proactive support
- Offering concierge-style services, such as booking taxis, making restaurant recommendations, and arranging other client requests
- Managing the workload across the team and providing coaching and development opportunities
- Organising resources effectively to ensure the reception and client service areas run smoothly every day
- Handling conflict resolution, ensuring client requirements are balanced efficiently
- Liaising with the Facilities Manager on tenant communications and service requirements
- Managing relationships with external providers, including catering contractors, and ensuring service quality meets expectations
- Overseeing catering costs, liaising with finance teams and ensuring accurate billing on behalf of clients
- Maintaining housekeeping standards across the client and reception areas to the highest level
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a corporate client-facing environment, such as reception or office management
- Someone who is happy to commit to part time hours and can be flexible to an extent, at times you may need to start as early as 7am or finish at 9pm to ensure the building has coverage
- Someone who is happy to commit to a 12-month contract and can start a new position quickly
- Strong leadership skills, ideally with experience mentoring individuals
- A natural problem solver who can anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to different clients and stakeholders
- Experience with booking systems and front-of-house technology
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
