Are you an experienced payrollerl skilled in managing high-volume payrolls, including CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)? Our client, a thriving and reputable business, is seeking a dedicated Payroller to join their team and help streamline their payroll operations.

About the Role:As the Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large number of employees, including contractors under the CIS. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to apply their payroll expertise in a supportive and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume payroll for employees and contractors, including those under CIS.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Accurately manage payroll calculations, adjustments, and deductions.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll functions, from data entry to reporting.
  • Liaise with internal departments and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Support monthly and annual payroll reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing, ideally within the construction or similar sectors.
  • Understanding of CIS requirements and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Confident with payroll software (Sage payroll is a plus).
