An opportunity has arisen with one of our West Yorkshire based clients for a Private Clients Account Handler to join a well-established team.

This role will see you supporting a highly successful team of Account Executives in all areas of personal lines products, to include Motor, Household and Travel insurance.

The Job/Duties:

  • You will work with a range of existing clients and new enquiries through incoming calls, offering advice, customer service and sales quotations
  • Clients are passionate about their home and vehicles and will be looking to you to make sure they have the correct insurance in place
  • Preparing and processing scheme renewals Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and discuss renewal terms
  • Issuing mid-term adjustments
  • Issuing renewal, new business, renewal confirmation and adjustment letters

The Person

  • You will be a customer focussed Account Handler with experience of personal lines insurance.
  • You will be articulate, professional and able to build rapport and trust.
  • You will thrive in a service driven office and excel in delivering efficient results for your clients.
  • Cert CII qualification is beneficial but not essential
  • You will be joining a warm and opening team and have the opportunity to develop your existing skills to maximise your career.
  • Our client is looking for someone who can build on their existing relationships through great service and communication.

Professional Qualifications

Progress towards the CII would be advantageous although not essential. A good standard of general education is expected.
