About our client:

They were started by two recruitment consultants who worked their way up from a cold desk into consistent top earners and senior management. After multiple years of successful billing and management, the Directors set up this agency with the belief that they can create a company in their own image that embodies the positives they have learnt to date coupled with our own pioneering methodology. Their values are shaped by wanting to break the mould of the revolving door policy in the industry - they put their consultants first, they aim to create an environment where they grow together, with everyone achieving success along the way. They currently focus on placing mid to senior sales candidates.

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Divisional Head will be in charge of using their existing experience to help this client break into new markets and industries. The role will start as an individual contributor for the first 12 to 18 months but once the market is up and running we they will be looking for them to build their own team very quickly. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales person and a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both strong sales and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking recruitment strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Full 360 Recruitment: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
  • Achieving sales targets: Consistently hit the sales targets set for both you and your team.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree preferred but not necessity
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with existing leadership experience preferred

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who is motived by achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • Extensive knowledge of your sector and how to penetrate these.
