About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the heart of Leeds City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about recruitment and wants to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and career goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.


Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
