About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Candidate Resourcer / Delivery Consultant / Candidate Manager to join a growing and supportive recruitment team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, inclusive workplace, where career development and growth are prioritised.

In this role, you will focus exclusively on candidate delivery and candidate relationship management, withNO cold calling, sales, or business developmentinvolved. Your primary responsibility will be resourcing candidates for a well-established client base within the healthcare and social care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging phone calls and interviews to assess and qualify candidates for various roles within the child and adult social care sectors.
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to deliver the best candidates. You will be their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates, ensuring they remain informed and supported throughout the process.
  • As a resourcer you will be involved in compliance administration and candidate enquiries

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, candidate sourcing, or delivery-focused recruitment.
  • Strong administrative and compliance skills.
  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
  • Experience or knowledge of healthcare and social care recruitment is a bonus (but not essential).
  • Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented recruitment office.
