Release Manager

Circa £75,000

12 month FTC, Hybrid

I'm currently recruiting for a Release Manager who is passionate about innovation when it comes to digital and retail systems.

Working with my customer, a trailblazer in their field, the Release Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency when it comes to their digital & retail systems, as well as any other systems that fall into their eco system.

As well as ensuring consistency of systems and services, you will work closely with a multitude of stakeholders to provide updates and overviews of any and all release activity - this will include project work as well as BAU releases and upgrades.

There will also be an aspect of change management in this role, you will be responsible for planning any changes that need to be made whilst also ensuring the change management process causes as little disruption and is as efficient as possible.

This role is part of an exciting and creative team whose mission it is to be as innovative as possible. There's a great team atmosphere and the role offers a hybrid working split (typically 2/3 days on site).

To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrable release management or service transition experience, ideally with retail systems
  • Wider core business systems knowledge
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience working across multi-faceted teams on large projects of work
