Sonic Summary

info
  • The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a sale and purchase caseload.
  • The role involves representing lender clients in repossession sales, with no direct client contact.
  • The position offers market-leading salaries, guaranteed bonuses, and strong progression opportunities in a supportive environment.
  • The firm has a proven track record of job security and has not made redundancies during economic downturns.
  • Candidates should have previous experience in Leasehold, particularly in leasehold title checking.

Are you an experienced Conveyancer who is looking to join a firm that can guarantee job security, market leading salaries, guaranteed bonuses and huge and transparent progression opportunities, and a down to earth environment? If so, then I urge you to apply.

Are you also keen to step away from client contact and move into a position which steps away from dealing directly with customers and instead would be representing lender clients in the sale of properties which they have acquired following repossession proceedings?

  • No clients
  • No brokers
  • No estate agents

This is a rare opportunity with one of the largest, direct conveyancers in the UK which has been providing its services for an incredibly long time, and is backed by a leading provider, which guarantees that the firm is here to stay. Through covid and periods of recession, the firm has never been forced to make redundancies, due to the constant and guaranteed stream of work it receives on a monthly basis.

  • Previous experience in Leasehold is required and ideally leasehold title checking
  • A minimum of 2 years experience running a sale and purchase caseload

The role will include:

  • Actively manage a caseload of repossession sales cases, from instruction to completion
  • Title checks the cases on instruction and produces a title report for the Asset Managers and the lender client
  • Ensures all title issues are identified and actions put in place to resolve them
  • Liaising with buyers’ solicitors to resolve any enquiries and bring the transaction to the swiftest possible conclusion
  • Providing accurate updates to our client lender, and their Asset Managers

Despite the amount of work the firm receives, ensuring its conveyancers have a manageable caseload is a key priority and the firm guarantees that you will not be placed under pressure with unmanageable caseloads. The firm ensures this stays at a capped level and has an outstanding and achievable bonus structure which provides a generous uplift to your basic salary.

Low staff attrition is paramount at this firm, with so many members of the team having been there for 10 - 20 years+, and the firm achieves this by offering training, support, progression and prioritising the wellbeing of its staff.

This firm has been and continues to be at the forefront of the conveyancing market and due to continued organic growth, the firm is looking to hire into its Leeds based team on a hybrid basis.

If you meet the above criteria, please apply directly via the link or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal Recruitment.
