You will be working with a range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and shared ownership leases, delivering top-notch services to a variety of clients.

Your Mission
In this role, you will join the conveyancing team on a full-time basis, quickly becoming an integral part of the department. You will independently manage your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, handling transactions such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership leases, and Help to Buy schemes. It is expected that you will take charge of these responsibilities from the outset, providing expert legal advice to clients while maintaining the highest levels of service. Close collaboration with conveyancing assistants will ensure smooth and efficient processing of your files. Your role will also involve regular communication with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.


Key Competencies

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing, with a proven track record of managing your own files.
  • Strong expertise in handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and other key transactional areas of conveyancing.
  • Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or those with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability for your caseload.
