  • Support children's individual learning journeys, observing and assessing their development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive in.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are followed.
  • Promote children's well-being and ensure they feel secure and valued.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential).
  • Previous experience working as a Room Leader or in a supervisory role within a nursery.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how it underpins children's development.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
  • Passionate about Early Years education with a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
  • Warm, nurturing, and approachable personality with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
