Room Leader - Baby Room (Level 3 or Above)Location: Private Day Nursery, Meanwood, LeedsPosition Type: Permanent, 4 Days a WeekSalary: £10.90 - £13.00 per hour

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join our clients teams as a Room Leader within our Baby Room. If you have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above and are committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Baby Room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for babies aged 0-2 years.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing support for their development.
• Lead a team of practitioners, offering guidance, support, and supervision.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open communication.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the room and throughout the nursery.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
• Experience working within a Baby Room setting or with children aged 0-2 years (preferred).
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
