We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join our clients teams as a Room Leader within our Baby Room. If you have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above and are committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Baby Room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for babies aged 0-2 years.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing support for their development.
- Lead a team of practitioners, offering guidance, support, and supervision.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open communication.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the room and throughout the nursery.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
- Experience working within a Baby Room setting or with children aged 0-2 years (preferred).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
