Due to ongoing growth this firm have several fantastic opportunities, one important role is as an RTA/Personal Injury Claims Handlers. These roles will be based at their Leeds office, on a full time and permanent basis. What you'll be doing:You will be reporting to a Team Leader, joining their dedicated RTA team dealing with a mixed caseload of OIC, MOJ, complex, Fast Track claims along with Part 8 Litigated cases. You will have the ability to develop your existing experience to litigate on post whiplash reform cases where quantum and liability are disputed.  You will work to achieve personal and department wide targets whilst adhering to their service level agreements. Skills and Experience:
  • Fast Track RTA claims handling experience with Personal injury, within an insurance company or law firm environment.
  • A working knowledge of OIC and MOJ Pre Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules for Personal Injury Claims.
  • A working knowledge of Tariff and Non Tariff valuations, JC Guidelines for the assessment of general damages in personal injury cases
  • Strong communication skills and able to engage effectively with clients.
  • Able to work well under pressure whilst retaining high attention to detail.
